This role will involve leadership across Customer Service, Technical Services, Stock and Stores, Field Engineers and First Line Managers, ensuring operational performance, customer delivery, technical capability and commercial objectives are achieved.As Operations Manager you will:Lead the day-to-day delivery of service, maintenance and installation operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer commitments.Drive operational performance through effective planning, resource utilisation and workload management across field and office-based teams.Work closely with First Line Managers to balance engineer workloads across reactive, maintenance and installation activity, maximising productivity, utilisation and first-time fix performance.Monitor operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction and business performance.Provide leadership and oversight ..... full job details .....
