OverviewExciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Manager to join this iconic non-profit creative brand at a pivotal time for their business.
This newly created role, reporting into the Head of HR, will manage a small shared services function of 3, oversee the HR Operations function, and ensure delivery of HR life-cycle processes. You''ll collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on exciting strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Implement new processes and improve existing ones.
Collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.
Manage a small shared services function of 3 and oversee the HR Operations function, ensuring delivery of HR life-cycle processes.
Work in a fast-moving, creative environment as a problem solver and HRIS, systems, and data guru.
Operate as a true HR Operations professional with experience in process improvement, payroll, line management, and systems, as well as onboarding and offboarding.
Location and Working ModelThey operate a hybrid working model (2 days in the office) in beautiful West London offices.
