Join us as an HR Officer Are you a proactive HR professional ready to make a real impact? Richard Whittker Ltd are seeking a full-time HR Officer to join our team, reporting directly to the Production Director. In this fast-paced role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, champion employee engagement, and oversee core HR administration and compliance for 110 employees. Support Our People: Act as the go-to contact for employees and managers, supporting employee relations, training needs, and performance management. Maintain Compliance: Oversee HR databases, contracts, policy compliance, and assist with payroll and attendance administration. What We Are Looking For Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) with a strong commitment to CPD. Experience: Proven HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Skills: Excellent communication, a high level of confidentiality, and solid knowledge of employment legislation.
