This office-based role offers part-time hours (2 3 days per week) and the chance to provide a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, reporting, training, and offboarding.? Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboardingCoordinate inductions, probation reviews and leaver processesMaintain HR systems and produce reports/metricsProvide payroll data and monitor absencesOversee training and development activityEnsure compliance and support HR best practice?
