St Paul''s School has an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join the busy and very friendly HR team. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of the HR Department and the development, implementation and monitoring of HR processes.
The HR Officer will be involved in a broad range of activities, including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- HR-Systems and Data
- Employee Relations and Wellbeing
- Compliance
- Training and Development
- HR Administration
Suitable applicants will be educated to degree level or similar, and ideally have a CIPD qualification. A strong generalist background in HR including the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle is essential. Excellent knowledge and experience of using and maintaining HR Systems is also a pre-requisite , with MHR iTrent experience being desirable.
The role is offered on an all-year-round basis or term time (34 weeks) plus 6 weeks during school holidays. Applicants should make their preferences clear in their application. Some element of remote working during school holidays is available.
