HR Officer HRIS - Workday

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Specialist to provide day-to-day support during the implementation of the Workday system. This role is central to ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation, supporting users, and maintaining data integrity. 4 months FTCSalay: FTE - 55KHybrid Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain training documentation and user guides.Deliver training and provide support on Workday functionality.Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.Identify and correct data gaps or discrepancies.Support User Acceptance Testing.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary.Attend project meetings and raise support tickets/change requests.Carry out other tasks as required to support the Workday rollout.Uphold company values and comply with conduct rules.Travel to other offices as needed.
