HR Manager Salary: £45,000 £50,000 Location: Tewkesbury (Onsite, Full-Time) About the Role We re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to lead and deliver effective HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You ll Do Act as a trusted HR partner, aligning people strategy with business objectives. Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning. Oversee employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives. Embed a high-performance culture through clear KPIs and appraisal processes. Deliver HR dashboards and insights to inform decision-making. Support change management and cultural transformation projects. What We re Looking For CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience). Proven HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
