R13 Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established, national organisation in their search for an experienced HR Manager to support a key regional division on a maternity cover contract (circa. 14 months). This is a broad, generalist role offering full ownership of the HR function at regional level. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver a high-quality, commercially focused HR service, supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term people strategy. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on role within a structured, fast-paced private sector environment. The successful candidate will showcase balancing operational delivery with strategic input.
