HR Manager Hybrid, North Essex Up to 55,000pa 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Pure are delighted to be working on a unique opportunity that has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations expertise to join a well-established, purpose-driven organisation on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in managing complex ER casework, supporting managers, and stabilising HR operations within a fast-paced environment. You will bring structure, confidence, and pace to a busy function while helping lay the foundations for future improvements.
