Hr Manager

Perfect Personnel are currently supporting a client who is seeking an expreinced HR Manager to work at their depot in Redditch, Worcetershire. Job Purpose: The HR Manager will provide professional, proactive HR support to operational managers and employees across the Redditch site. This role is responsible for delivering expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industry standards and supporting the consistent and effective application of HR policies, procedures and best practice. Working closely with operational managers in a fast-paced warehouse environment, the HR Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing culture across the site. The role will partner with leaders to encourage effective people management practices, drive employee engagement and create an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best. Key Tasks / Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries at the dedicated site, along with providing ad hoc support to other sites across the business as required. Support and manage the HR Officer, providing guidance, coaching, and development to ensure effective delivery of HR services. Partner with operational leaders to deliver workforce plans aligned to business objectives. Support organisational change initiatives, restructuring, and business transformation projects.
