HR Manager Part-Time

Can you build trusted relationships with managers, trade unions and employees to deliver positive business outcomes? Do you enjoy coaching managers and creating engagement across multiple sites? Join GXO as an HR Manager supporting the Costa contract across our southern region. Working closely with operational leaders, trade unions and HR colleagues, you''ll help deliver people initiatives, support employee relations matters and drive engagement across the region. This is a varied role where you''ll coach managers, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a positive and consistent employee experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and making a difference through people, we''d love to hear from you. This is a permanent position working 3 or 4 days per week, between Monday and Friday. Based primarily at Greenford, you''ll also provide support to our Avonmouth and Willand sites. Flexibility will be required to accommodate travel and ensure visibility and support across all locations. Pay, benefits and more: We''re offering a full-time equivalent salary of £44,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
