HR Manager Cheltenham Full-time Permanent £40,000?£50,000+ per annum, depending on experienceWe are recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a successful and rapidly growing specialist business based in Cheltenham. With continued expansion, investment and further recruitment planned, this is an important appointment supporting a growing workforce across production, warehouse, technical, commercial and operational functions. This is a broad, hands-on HR role requiring someone who can combine strong HR knowledge with a practical and commercially aware approach, working closely with senior management to support both employees and the wider business.The Role Responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day HR processes across the businessProviding HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesManaging recruitment and workforce planningManaging onboarding for new employeesCoordinating compliance requirements, including safety, medical and background checksManaging employee relations mattersManaging absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processesReviewing and developing HR policies and proceduresSupporting training and employee developmentMaintaining accurate HR documentation and employee recordsSupporting salary and benefits reviewsDeveloping employee engagement and retention initiativesSupporting succession and workforce planningEnsuring HR practices remain compliant with current UK employment legislationHelping maintain a positive, supportive and team-oriented ..... full job details .....
