Working closely with the operational leadership team, you will provide expert guidance on all people matters associated with this manufacturing/supply chain division.This will include but not limited to:Partner closely with site leadership and management providing expert advice on all people matters to ensure commercial goals are reachedSupport with recruitment projects and inductionsWork closely with Trade Unions for the divisionsProvide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring positive outcomes.Develop and implement training programmes to support employee development.Lead on any change projects Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent developmentProfileSuccessful applicants for this role will have:A proven background within a similar sector such as manufacturing/logisticsA proven background within a unionised environmentBe comfortable in a fully site based role, understanding the need ..... full job details .....
