Here at GXO, we''re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across our Sainsbury''s Transport operation in Stoke-on-Trent and our Sainsburys Argos site in Barton. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you''ll be a trusted partner to our 2 x Sainsburys sites, providing expert guidance across employee relations, industrial relations, engagement and organisational change. Managing one direct report, you''ll play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture, supporting operational success, and ensuring our people are set up to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with union engagement experience, including pay negotiations, who enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on operational support! This is 37.5 hours contracted per week, permanent position. Working core hours of Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00 (flexibility required for business needs). Regular travel between both sites will be required. Pay, benefits and more: We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
