The organisation operates across multiple locations and provides a broad range of learning and employability skills.Due to the organisations'' location and potential occasional local travel, applicants must have their own transport and be willing to travel between local sites when required. Mileage and expenses for business travel during the working day will be provided. Your new roleReporting to the Director of HR, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, consistent HR service across the organisation. You will work closely with managers to strengthen people management practices, implement HR best practice and contribute to the continued development of the organisation''s HR strategy, policies and procedures. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role.
