Stand Alone HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Dronfield Hours: Part or Full Time (Minimum 30 Hours) Contract: Permanent Salary: £37-46,000 (Depending on Experience and Agreed Hours) A well established SME manufacturer is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager. This is a hands on, site based position providing a professional, responsive and commercially aware HR service across the organisation. Working closely with directors and line managers, you will take full ownership of HR operations, ensuring people processes are consistent, fair and compliant with UK employment legislation. Responsibilities: Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Taking a hands on approach to leading and improving HR processes. Delivering recruitment campaigns and carrying out interviews and pre employment checks. Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and consistently applied. Advising managers on all HR and ER matters. Conducting investigations, disciplinary meetings and other employee meetings independently and confidentially. Supporting managers with performance, attendance, development and general HR matters, including coaching where required. Identifying skill gaps and training needs with managers and create suitable development plans. Coordinating and conducting appraisals, training plan meetings and career development discussions.
