Assisting with recruitment efforts, collaborating with employment agencies to attract and select top talent. Advising management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements. Arranging support services, such as counselling, to promote employee wellbeing and a healthy work environment. Managing disciplinary processes, handling complaints, and ensuring fair and effective resolutions. Supporting salary negotiations and providing advice on employment laws to maintain fair and compliant pay practices.
