Reporting to the HR Business Partner and partnering closely with the Site General Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, supporting business objectives, and creating and engaging environment where colleagues can thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys working at pace, influencing stakeholders, managing change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support operational success. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:30.
