Based on-site in Tewkesbury, you''ll operate as a standalone HR Manager, partnering closely with senior leaders and managers across the business. You''ll have the support of the UK Shared Service Team and Centres of Excellence, but will have genuine autonomy to make decisions, influence change and shape the employee experience.
