HR Manager Permanent Full time Hours 7am - 3pm / 8am to 4pm (37.5 oer week) Stonehouse (Stroud) or Wolverhampton with frequent travel between the sites Salary c. £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits package Henlee Resourcing has been retained by this niche manufacturing, engineering and construction business with bases in Stonehouse and Wolverhampton to search for their new HR Manager. This is a new role that''s been created due to growth and reports to a progressive Director. Reporting directly to the Director, this role will work with managers across both businesses, providing professional HR support and commercially focused people solutions. The successful candidate will lead employee relations matters, provide expert employment law guidance, support organisational development and ensure the businesses remain compliant with employment legislation and HR best practice. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships with managers and making a genuine impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the role / key responsibilities: Employee Relations Lead and manage employee relations cases from start to finish. Conduct investigations into disciplinary, grievance, absence and conduct matters. Support managers with formal meetings and hearings. Prepare investigation reports and recommendations.
