Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, people strategy, and operational HR matters. Based in West Sussex, this organisation is one of the largest in the area. Offering a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, alongside an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to play a key role within a large and diverse organisation. What you ll do as an HR Manager: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused HR service Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, redundancy and organisational change cases Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, acting as a trusted HR partner across multiple sites Lead on recruitment, onboarding, induction and probation processes, ensuring compliance and best practice Support organisational design, restructuring and change management initiatives Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and ..... full job details .....
