Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Part Time Standalone HR Manager to manage the full employee lifecycle 25-30 hours per week (4 or 5 days) based in St. Albans.

Description

  • Oversee and manage all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the organisation''s needs.
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure payroll and HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support organisational change and contribute to strategic HR planning.

Profile

A successful Part Time Standalone HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a standalone HR role within the healthcare industry.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
