Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Part Time Standalone HR Manager to manage the full employee lifecycle 25-30 hours per week (4 or 5 days) based in St. Albans.
Description
- Oversee and manage all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the organisation''s needs.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
- Handle performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure payroll and HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support organisational change and contribute to strategic HR planning.
Profile
A successful Part Time Standalone HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a standalone HR role within the healthcare industry.
- A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
