If successful, you will be member of the Clients UK HR Manager Community and will play an integral part in advising and engaging the business.Your roleSupport the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including line manager education andamp; training.Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice andamp; innovative thinking on Employee Relations case management with resolution at the heart.Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions.Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas. Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management.Your skills and experienceProven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end to end case management.Be able to prioritize effectively and successfully manage multiple cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines.Thrives in a fast ..... full job details .....
