Role Title - HR Manager Location: Hybrid-Telford/Birmingham/London/Woking Duration: 06/04/2026 Pay rate: £179 - £268 per day Inside IR35 Role Description: As a self-starter who is eager to learn, is proactive, motivated, and collaborative, you will: Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including line manager education andamp; training. Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice andamp; innovative thinking on Employee Relations case management with resolution at the heart. Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions. Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas. Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management. Your skills and experience Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end to end case management.
