HR Manager (ER and Projects)

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager (ER and Projects) to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining complex ER with hands-on HR projects and organisational change. Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with senior leaders, you ll help shape the wider people agenda while providing trusted advice across a range of business-critical initiatives. You ll also play an important role in building management capability, improving HR processes and supporting a positive and high-performing culture. Based in Cosham with travel to other business locations as required, this is a hybrid role working 2 days a week from home and paying £50,000 £65,000 DOE. What you ll do: Majority of this role will be providing senior HR advice and support on complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, TUPE and organisational change. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR projects across areas including engagement, wellbeing, DEandI, organisational development, talent and succession planning. Support organisational change and workforce planning, helping leaders navigate change effectively and minimise people risk. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and ER frameworks, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
