HR Manager Location: Colchester area Salary: Circa 50-55k per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Casanovas Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing and very well-established business in the Colchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who wants to make a genuine impact and help shape the HR function. Working across a workforce of around 150 employees, you''ll provide day-to-day HR support while also developing and improving people processes, policies and practices. The Role You''ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and advising on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance. Supporting and coaching line managers with people-related issues. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and probation processes. Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures and processes. Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, training and development initiatives. Providing HR reports and updates to senior management. Supporting payroll with HR-related queries.
