HR Manager
Role Profile The HR Manager will lead and develop the HR function, ensuring the delivery of a proactive, high-quality people service across the organisation. The role is responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. Working closely with senior leadership, the role will help implement people initiatives that support organisational growth, strengthen employee engagement, and promote a positive, values-led culture. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring robust and consistent processes across onboarding, probation, performance management, absence, disciplinaries and leavers Guide and support managers with practical, solution-focused HR advice on complex employee relations matters Ensure accurate record-keeping and high standards of compliance with UK employment legislation Lead the review and continuous improvement of HR policies, handbooks and documentation Ensure the organisation remains fully compliant with UK employment law and evolving HR best practice Oversee the drafting and amendment of employment contracts and contractual changes Lead and develop the recruitment team, creating a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring, monitoring recruitment metrics, workforce planning and hiring trends to inform business decisions ..... full job details .....
