This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially focused HR professional to join a growing business in a standalone leadership role. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you''ll lead the people agenda across the organisation, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support across all areas of HR. We''re looking for someone with a strong generalist background and significant experience handling complex employee relations matters, who is equally comfortable supporting day-to-day operations as they are driving longer-term people initiatives.
