HR Manager - 6 Month FTC

I am working with an exceptionally successful high growth Asset management business in London who are looking to recruit a HR Manager initially on a 6 month FTC with an option to go permanent at the end of that period. This business has seen exceptional growth over the last year due to market conditions and an impressive acquisition strategy and this role will be reporting to the HRD of UK and EMEA.Paying up to £85K your duties will includeEnsuring the delivery of outstanding HR operational service, working closely with the Head of departments Provide trusted one to one advice, guidance and coaching to Heads of Departments and employees on all HR matters.Advise on employee relations matters across all areas of the business, seeking advice from the HRD on more complex matters if needed.Supporting the business with the annual review process, performance reviews and salary reviewsSupporting the Heads of Departments with any delivery of training.Advise on HR policy, making or recommending appropriate decisions.Work closely with the HRD on Benefits renewals and data analysis including broker interactionTo work with the business on key initiatives and implementation of key priorities around performance and HR strategyTo provide strategic input into the HR strategy and to assist with initiatives, working closely with the HR team.Co-ordination of the wellbeing and talent development strategyInvolvement in Diversity and Inclusion initiativesTo support on HR projects as and when ..... full job details .....
