HR Generalist (Temp - Potential Temp to Perm)Salary: 40,000Full-time Office-based GosportWe''re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a busy HR team on an initial temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.This is a hands-on, generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations. You''ll work closely with the HR lead, providing practical support across core HR processes while helping keep everything running smoothly.Working hours36.25 hours per weekFlexible start between 7.00am - 10.00am and finish between 3.00pm - 6.00pmIdeally happy to work earlier hours initially (around 7-8am start) to support training and handover45 minutes unpaid lunch per dayKey responsibilitiesStrong day-to-day focus on employee relations, including disciplinary and investigation support, accurate note-taking, sickness absence management and liaison with Occupational Health.Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity, including interview coordination, new starter paperwork and onboardingPreparing HR documentation, letters and records in line with policy and employment legislationSupporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and process guidanceWhat we are looking forPrevious experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor roleStrong recruitment and onboarding experienceConfidence supporting employee relations processes, including disciplinaries and investigationsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable ..... full job details .....
