HR GeneralistMonday-Friday- 8:30am-5pm Up to 42,000pa Felixstowe, 3days a week, 2 from home About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a growing organisation. This is a broad generalist role responsible for delivering operational HR support, managing employee relations matters, and partnering with managers to drive effective people practices across the business.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance, and helping to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations and HR SupportManage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes.Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice.Support organisational change initiatives and employee consultation processes where required.Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR decision-making across the business.Employee Lifecycle ManagementSupport recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.Manage contractual changes and employee records.Support performance management processes and development planning.HR Data and ReportingProduce and analyse HR metrics including:Absence levelsEmployee turnoverRecruitment activity and costsInternal progression and mobilityUse people data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Maintain ..... full job details .....
