HR Data Analyst (Workforce Reporting and Analytics)

We are currently recruiting for a Workforce Reporting Analyst to join a leading organisation on a long-term contract through to February 2027, with the possibility of extension. This role will suit candidates with strong experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Reporting, HR Data Analysis, Organisational Structures, Workforce Planning and HR Systems, particularly within complex public or private sector environments.Key Details:Location: London EC2V (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)Contract Length: Until February 2027 (with potential extension)PAYE Rate: £169.12 per day OR Umbrella Rate: £229.88 per dayWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hoursStart Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Produce regular and ad-hoc workforce reports to support HR and business decision-making.Analyse workforce data and identify trends, movements, risks and opportunities across the organisation.Prepare reporting on starters, leavers, internal moves, vacancies, secondments, acting-up arrangements and other workforce changes.Maintain and analyse organisational structures, reporting lines and position management data.Support workforce planning initiatives through accurate reporting and insight generation.Monitor workforce data quality, conduct audits and resolve reporting discrepancies.Develop meaningful dashboards, reports and management information for senior stakeholders.Use iTrent, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel functionality to produce accurate HR ..... full job details .....
