CAD Data Analyst Rail Systems

Are you experienced in working with CAD, BIM or complex data and interested in how information is structured, validated and used throughout its lifecycle? Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week, 2 from home Applications close: 27th AugustAn exciting opportunity has arisen for two CAD Data Analysts to join a major rail organisation, working within its CAD function to support the quality and acceptance of CAD and engineering data supplied across a range of major contracts.This isn''t a traditional CAD drafting or design position. You''ll focus on the data behind CAD and models, assessing incoming information, running validation checks and ensuring submissions meet the appropriate specifications and minimum data requirements.You''ll work closely with contractors, CAD colleagues and Information Management teams, analysing everything from file structures and metadata through to supporting evidence and data acceptance requirements.
