The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner with daily HR tasks and the entire employee lifecycle. This position is crucial for maintaining effective HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requestsMaintain employees'' recordsAssist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contractsSchedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendasSupport the HR Business Partner in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programsSuggest new initiatives to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and improve employee experienceEnsure the relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislationAssist in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently conduct and coordinate administrative dutiesHandle employee relations cases as needed under the supervision of the HR Business PartnerProvide administrative support for HR analytics and reporting as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesExperience with HR databases and HRIS systems (desirable)Strong ability in using MS OfficeExperience in handling confidential informationStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
