HR Coordinator

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR team within a well established large manufacturing business in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident candidate to step in and add immediate value to the team. Working as part of an established HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the daily HR operations and ensuring employee records, systems and processes are maintained efficiently. Key Details:Circa 35,000 FTEFTC - 12 monthsMonday to Friday 08:30-17:00 on siteStart date ASAP25 days holiday + BH per annumKey Responsibilities:Managing HR queries via the HR inbox, helpdesk and telephoneSupporting the onboarding and induction of new employeesCoordinating employee leaver processes and maintaining accurate recordsUpdating and managing employee information within WorkdayProducing HR reports and supporting data analysis requirementsSupporting with wider HR activity such as documentation for ER meetingsAssisting with the review and maintenance of HR policies and proceduresExperience Needed:Previous experience in an HR Administration/Coordinator roleStrong working knowledge of Workday or similar platformExperience maintaining HR systems and employee dataFamiliar with full employee lifecycleCIPD qualification idealStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAble to prioritise workloads and work independently when requiredConfident to join a busy HR team within a manufacturing environmentIf you are available ..... full job details .....
