A consultancy-who are a-trusted-and-reliable-partner to clients across the UK, predominately in the Southeast and London

Established for over a decade, this HR Consultancy is a growing small business and due to ongoing success, are now seeking to engage a new-HR Coordinator to join their-team.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day business.

Reporting to Senior HR Consultant and Founder, alongside the HR Advisors supporting their client casework and service delivery.

Working remotely, the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.-

To-thrive-in this role, you will be able to demonstrate key areas below:

Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience of HR administration or coordination role, including recruitment onboarding processes, pre-employment screening checks and coordinating offboarding processes
  • Experience of managing multiple administrative processes and maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
  • Experience of working remotely
  • Experience of using HR software systems
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional and sensitive manner
  • Have an ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with a client focussed approach
  • Competent user of Microsoft office packages

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience of working within HR consultancy or professional services environment
  • Experience of supporting multiple clients
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Experience of payroll and invoicing processes

  • Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (or Full Time)-
  • Remote and flexible working with monthly co-working and/or regular team meets (depends on location)
  • Salary: -28,000 30,000 FTE
  • 25 days annual leave in addition to the usual bank holidays (pro-rated to equivalent working hours)
