Job: HR CoordinatorLocation: LeedsSalary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annumHours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pmHybrid working available following successful completion of probation About the Opportunity Are you an HR professional looking for a role where you can broaden your experience, work closely with managers and become genuinely involved in the day-to-day people agenda? We are recruiting for an established organisation with a nationwide presence that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable HR Coordinator to join their established HR function. This is a varied role offering exposure across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, performance, absence and general HR support. You''ll work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR support and helping to ensure people processes are handled professionally, consistently and effectively. It''s an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a good HR foundation and wants to develop their knowledge and responsibility within a broader HR environment.
