Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an exciting events business, helping them in their search for a HR Coordinator who will be a champion for Learning & Development.
This is a BRAND NEW ROLE, so a fantastic opportunity to grow it, own it and mature the L&D function.
The role with be 30% HR Coordination:
- Managing HR and personnel documentation and correspondence
- Issuing contracts and onboarding
- Payroll administration
- Process leavers
- Liaising with internal teams such as marketing
- Coordinating training plans
- Benefit administration
- Collate company statistical data
- Support the Head of HR with development and implementation of L&D initiatives and projects.
- Develop training materials and training modules
- Administration and organisation of employee workshops
- Support the Head of HR with the creation of development opportunities for staff of all levels, from interns to senior management
- Obtain and share L&D event feedback in a timely manner
Experience with data uploading and configuration is highly desirable though not essential!
Knowledge Required
- Experience in the use of HR IS solutions (Dayforce would be beneficial)
- 1-2 years'' experience in a fast-paced HR team, providing first level advice on HR policies and procedures, employment law and supporting with Learning and Development activities
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- IT skills to intermediate level in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to form and maintain effective working relationships (internal & external)
- Training formulation and/or Delivery skills would be beneficial
Other Information
This position will require travel within the UK (mainly Wimbledon, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire) and possibly Europe which will require staying away from home. A full, clean driving licence and valid passport are required
