Description
The HR Coordinator will:
- Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring that new members of staff have an excellent experience before they step through the doors.
- Manage background screening for all employees, including right to work checks and referencing.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR matters, working closely with the rest of the team to identify potential issues early on.
- Maintain the accuracy of the data stored in the systems (BambooHR) with a goal of 100% accuracy
- Work with senior members of the team to analyse this data and understand trends.
- Support on a wide range of planned (and ad-hoc!) projects within the HR team.
Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- A CIPD Level 3 OR experience working within HR
- A love for process efficiency
- Excellent accuracy & attention to detail
- A desire to work for a growing business
- An ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
This company operate an office-based model, and so you''ll have to be happy to be in central Oxford 5 days per week.
Job Offer
A salary of -35,000 - -37,000 per anum + benefits.
