A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a dynamic business in St Albans on a part-time basis.We''re looking for someone to work 22-25 hours per week, ideally spread over five days on-site. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional seeking flexible hours while coordinating all HR elements for the business.About the RoleAs a standalone HR Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment and onboarding. You''ll be the go-to HR contact across the business, working closely with employees at all levels and contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and external agencies as neededEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyLead onboarding and orientation for all new hiresMaintain and update HR policies and proceduresPopulate and manage the new HRIS systemProvide day-to-day HR support across staffing and general queriesCoordinate with external HR advisors for complex issues such as grievancesEnsure compliance with internal policies and employment legislationPrepare HR reports and support ongoing compliance activitiesAbout YouThis role would suit someone who:Has extensive HR experience and is confident working independentlyEnjoys taking ownership of processes and building strong relationships across a businessIs hands-on, proactive, and ..... full job details .....
