HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator - 3 Month FTC
Salary: £28,000 (pro rata)
Start Date: 1st September
 
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR Coordinator experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to start immediately.
 
The Role
As HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide vital support across the employee lifecycle. You will take responsibility for maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance, and providing a high-quality service to employees and managers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first line HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Maintain and update HR systems and records with accuracy.
• Co-ordinate and process all new starter and leaver documentation.
• Support with contractual changes, producing letters and documentation.
• Handle queries relating to payroll, absence management, and benefits.
• Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Available to start 1st September with immediate availability.

Contract details:

• 3-month fixed term contract
• Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Salary: £28,000 (pro rata)
