What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and support
- Coordinate all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, benefits administration, training coordination, appraisals, and leavers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and personnel records
- Organise and deliver internal training sessions and L&D events for colleagues at all levels
- Generate L&D reports and contribute to the development of internal learning strategies
- Support the creation of engaging training materials and gather participant feedback
- Collaborate closely with teams across the organisation including Line Managers, Payroll, Finance and Marketing
- Assist in aligning L&D initiatives with broader business goals and performance outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)
- 1–2 years’ experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within a busy environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practice
- Experience using HR information systems (experience with Dayforce is advantageous)
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for people and professional development
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Full UK driving licence and valid passport (occasional travel required)
