If you have a passion for regulatory compliance and a knack for managing complex risks, we want to hear from you!As part of the Client Organisation''s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Regulations Management Team, you will:Collaborate with specialists and first-line functions to monitor and assess compliance risks associated with Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) across various business lines.Lead comprehensive evaluations of new or revised LRRs to understand their implications on operations, controls, and risk profiles.Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the organisation''s regulatory compliance framework, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures.Participate in working groups to represent the 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) and drive awareness of regulatory programmes across business stakeholders.Utilise your analytical skills to integrate complex data and produce comprehensive outputs, driving informed decision-making.What We''re Looking For:A minimum of 8-12 years in Compliance or Operational Risk Management within the financial services sector, with proven experience in 1LOD roles.Strong ..... full job details .....
