I''m supporting a confidential organisation located just outside Leicester as they embark on a significant organisational transformation programme and are looking to appoint an experienced HR Change & Organisation Design Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a lead role in a large-scale restructure, partnering with senior leaders to redesign teams, manage workforce mapping, lead consultation activity and support the implementation of new ways of working.

Description

• Leading organisation design and restructuring activity
• Managing workforce mapping, assimilation and selection processes
• Delivering consultation and employee engagement activities
• Advising on redundancy, redeployment and organisational change
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to implement new structures
• Supporting transformation initiatives and process automation

Profile

• You will be an experienced HR change professional with a proven track record of delivering organisational redesign and restructuring programmes.
• You''ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, leading consultation activity and navigating complex change with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience of workforce mapping, organisational change and employment law relating to restructures is essential.

Job Offer

• Up to -60,416 per annum
• 12-18 month FTC
