HR Business Partner - Temporary to Permanent

I am recruiting an experienced HR professional to join my Client''s senior HR team as an HR Business Partner (Senior HR Lead). Working closely with the Executive Director of HR, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation, advising on complex employee relations matters, organisational change, employment law compliance, safeguarding, and workforce planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who can influence senior stakeholders, drive best practice, and contribute to the delivery of the organisation''s People Strategy. Key Responsibilities: HR Advisory and Employee Relations Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, redundancy, TUPE, restructuring, and change management matters. Support managers in resolving complex people issues while minimising risk. Ensure HR policies and practices remain legally compliant and aligned with best practice. Business Partnering and Leadership Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers. Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership and people management capability. Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives. HR Operations and Compliance Lead HR service delivery across allocated business areas.
