HR Business Partner Full time Permanent Hybrid Wokingham with travel along the M4 corridor Salary: circa £60,000 per annum Roselands Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a well established, growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a high impact opportunity for a commercially astute HR professional to work closely with senior leaders, shape the people agenda and drive meaningful business outcomes across a multi-site operation. This is a true business partnering role. Reporting into the HR Director and working alongside a team of HR professionals you''ll work closely with leaders across multiple teams and sites, helping them navigate people challenges, improve performance and develop their teams. You''ll need to be comfortable building strong relationships when you''re not sitting alongside stakeholders every day, and able to balance immediate business needs with the wider organisational priorities. The Role You''ll work closely with senior leaders and managers across the business, providing practical HR advice and helping them make confident decisions on a range of people matters, including: Employee relations, including complex and sensitive cases Organisational change, workforce planning and organisational design Talent, succession, performance and leadership development Coaching and developing managers Using people data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities Working with shared service teams to deliver an effective ..... full job details .....
