HR Business Partner (Regional)

Your new company Hays HR is pleased to be partnering with a successful and values-led multi-academy trust to recruit two HR Business Partners. One position is permanent, while the other is offered on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. The organisation operates across multiple sites in Greater Manchester and the wider North West and is committed to delivering an excellent and consistent employee experience. Your new role Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide proactive, professional and hands-on HR support to headteachers and senior leaders across the organisation.Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage complex employee relations matters, support organisational change and help leaders identify practical, forward-looking people solutions. You will also contribute to wider People Strategy initiatives, policy development and the continuous improvement of HR services. The position is site-based and requires regular travel across the organisation''s current and future locations.
