HR Business Partner

Quest Search and Selection is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their Head Office in North Nottingham. As part of the HR team, you will support a range of stakeholders and report directly to the Head of HR. This role will be supporting the Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics teams and will provide support across Employee Relations (ER), Organisational Development (OD), and Generalist HR partnerships, both for reactive and long-term projects and strategies. The business is an omnichannel retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded and own label Home, Outdoor and Fashion brands in the UK and internationally. The roles and responsibilities for HR Business Partner role are : Create and implement a People Plan for key business areas with actions that support the delivery of the company strategies. Key focus areas will be organisational design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention, and development to support succession planning. Support Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues. Work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects Support with initiatives to drive improved engagement levels, positively impacting on people KPIs Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing valued and effective coaching and guidance.
