We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across the Business, translating our strategic ambition into workforce requirements, shaping the organization and building the capabilities needed for the future Role PurposeThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Commercial will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across revenue-generating and performance-driven departments (e.g., Operations, Trading, Marketing).This role focuses on driving business performance through people, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives, enhancing productivity, and enabling leadership capability.
