Due to continued growth and the introduction of a significant grant-funded youth initiative, they are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a fixed-term basis.This is an excellent opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where you can contribute to impactful projects while developing your business partnering and management accounting experience.Your new role As Finance Business Partner, you will support the delivery of high-quality financial management and business partnering services across a portfolio of funded projects and operational areas. Reporting to the Business Partner Team Manager, you will play a key role in the production of management information, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.Key responsibilities will include:Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.Supporting annual budget-setting and forecasting processes.Producing KPI reports, variance analysis and management information for budget holders and senior stakeholders.Acting as a finance contact for operational managers, providing financial guidance and support. ..... full job details .....
